Sony Interactive Entertainment conferma un elenco parziale dei giochi classici che si renderanno disponibili all’interno del nuovo piano in abbonamento PlayStation Plus in arrivo a giugno.
In particolare, chi deciderà di sottoscrivere un piano Extra o Premium avrà accesso a titoli del calibro di Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Demon’s Souls, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, NBA 2K22 e tanti altri.
Confermati anche alcuni dei giochi per PSOne e PSP in arrivo sul piano Premium. I titoli proprietari includono Ape Escape, Hot Shots Golf e Siphon Filter, mentre i giochi di terze parti includono Mr. Driller e Tekken 2.
Alcuni giochi per PSOne e PSP saranno dotati di una nuova interfaccia utente con menu che consentiranno agli utenti di salvare il gioco in qualsiasi momento o di riavvolgere il gameplay.
Inoltre, i giocatori che abbiano precedentemente acquistato la versione digitale dei giochi della generazione originale PlayStation e PSP non dovranno effettuare un acquisto separato o iscriversi al PlayStation Plus.
Inoltre, alcuni classici rimasterizzati delle precedenti generazioni di console verranno aggiunti al piano PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe, come Siren e Jak 2.
Infine, Sony ha confermato un elenco parziale di giochi per PS3 che saranno resi disponibili per lo streaming e i primi titoli che saranno resi disponibili per le prove di gioco gratuite.
Per il piano Essential del PlayStation Plus, rimarrà del tutto simile al livello PlayStation Plus standard, i nuovi giochi “gratuiti” continueranno ad essere aggiunti il primo martedì di ogni mese.
Un ulteriore aggiornamento mensile avverrà a metà di ogni mese con nuovi giochi per i piani PlayStation Plus Extra e Premium/Deluxe. Il numero di giochi aggiornati varierà da mese a mese.
Il livello PS Plus Premium più costoso includerà una libreria di oltre 700 giochi, inclusi 400 titoli scaricabili per PS4 e PS5, giochi per PS3 disponibili tramite streaming cloud e un catalogo di giochi classici disponibili sia in streaming che in download dalla PlayStation originale, PS2 e generazioni di PSP.
Ubisoft ha inoltre recentemente annunciato che il suo servizio in abbonamento Ubisoft+ arriverà su PlayStation, con una gamma Ubisoft+ Classics in arrivo su PlayStation Plus.
